Terms of Service

You must be at least 16 years old to use ProteinFit. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet that requirement.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Notify us at contact@proteinfit-ai.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

ProteinFit is free to use within a weekly scan quota. Paid plans ("ProteinFit Pro Monthly" and "ProteinFit Pro Annual") unlock unlimited weekly scans and additional features.

Subscriptions are billed by Apple App Store or Google Play. They renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your iOS or Android device settings.

Refunds are handled by the platform you purchased through (Apple or Google). We cannot issue refunds directly.

Prices may change. We will give you reasonable notice before any price change takes effect for an active subscription.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to break, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service or any of its underlying APIs.
• Share, sell, or resell access to your account.
• Submit images or content that you do not have the right to submit, or that are illegal or abusive.
• Abuse the AI recognition pipeline (e.g. automated bots, mass scanning beyond normal personal use).

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

ProteinFit estimates calories, protein, and other macros from meal photos using AI. These estimates are for informational use only and are not medical advice. They may be inaccurate. Do not rely on ProteinFit for medical, dietary, or clinical decisions. If you have a medical condition or specific dietary needs, consult a qualified professional.

ProteinFit, the ProteinFit name and logo, the app, and all related code and content are owned by ProteinFit AI and protected by copyright and trademark law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own non-commercial purposes.

You keep ownership of any photos or content you submit. By submitting them you grant us a limited license to process them in order to deliver the recognition result you asked for and to improve the Service. We do not sell your content.

You can stop using ProteinFit at any time and delete your account from the app's settings. We can suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if continuing the Service is no longer reasonable for legal, security, or business reasons.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProteinFit AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or health outcomes arising from your use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Paris, France, except where consumer protection laws give you the right to bring a claim in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms over time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email before they take effect.
